Fall Still Life

A still life done for Paint & Color Theory class. This is the first time I've done a glaze painting (where you have to paint a neutral underpainting and then add medium to the oil paint to thin it down to where it has some transparency and then you layer on the colors that way). I was fairly happy with my underpainting but I struggled with the glazing part. I have mixed feelings with the way this came out but the next painting we get to do, while yet another still life, looks like it could be fun. c: I'm really pumped to get started on it but... next painting class isn't until Wednesday... 8C so long to wait sad faaaaaace.
